Job Description

General plan

The marketing director will be responsible for managing and promoting technological enterprise products in the market. In addition, ensure effective management of the marketing, advertising and branding activities of the organization.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  Develop long and short-term strategies and tactics for company’s growth.

  Develop and maintain a customer database

  Conduct market research and current market trends and competitors information

  Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials

  Plan and conduct direct marketing activities

  Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients

  Negotiate with clients and close deals

  Develop sales proposals

  Meet revenue and profit targets

  Follow up on sales activities

  Quality checks on product and service delivery

  Monitor and report on marketing activities

  Deliver and manage marketing activity within agreed budget

Education and Experience

  Business or marketing related degree or equivalent professional qualification

  Masters degree in business related field will be a plus

  Must have at least 1 year experience in selling technological products in the market with a proven track record

  At least 3 year experience in building customer relationships and implementing successful marketing strategies

  Blogging and digital marketing skills

  Detailed oriented with ability to sell technological products in early stage through execution

  At least one year experience in conducting market research

  Experience in making presentations

  Proven ability to meet budget, revenue, and profit goals in business environment
