Assist with maintenance of the current iHub website in relation to feature requests and growth of the website.
Collaborate with the appropriate departments to assess and recommend technologies that will support the companies organizational needs.
Participate in search and registration of company’s web site domain names, including any-but-unused domains that could compromise the integrity of the business (competition, typo-squatting, etc.).
Maintain and update any website related source code in a software revision control system and/or repository.
Set up and manage web-based communications systems, such as a wiki, blog, chat room, project management, and bug tracking systems.
Work with the iHub designer who will create the company corporate identity and design of web applications look and feel.
Assist to manage company staff or outsourced vendors who will implement web application cores (such as payment gateways, etc.).
Maintain and update the current platform documentation.
Support the marketing process by providing implementation of technical requirements for social media and search engine optimization.
Qualification and experience
University degree in the field of computer science, business administration, or another rigorous discipline.
Knowledge of Internet protocols, database management systems and
revision control systems.
Skill with CSS, HTML, PHP and Codeigniter framework.
Experience with UNIX system administration.
2 years experience in web development and a portfolio of works.
