Job Description

Key objectives/role

  • develop, organize and manage administration operations
  • recruit members for the business club
  • liaison with accountant, accounting / point of sale processes, banking, statutory returns and petty cash
  • manage members and business lounge facilities/ user experience
  • monitor assets and manage registry
  • recruit a sales team/ interns
  • drive/manage current and upcoming events/ member recruitment through the team
  • organize opening and closing staff rota /scheduling and cleaning
  • integrate team work between partners/members and other subsidiary employees and contractors
  • project coordinator for customer projects and align team/ client payment process/ payments

  • 100 evening activities with 50 paid & 50 unpaid events on the 2012 calendar by January 30th
  • partner networking engagement and business club members doing business together
  • keep a vibrant brand value look and feel daily, in line with our tagline engage, inspire & inform
