[Training] Managing Customers and Markets
African Management Initiative (AMI) is hosting its next learning lab on September 16th 2014. The training will be held at the iHub, Bishop Magua Centre, 4th floor from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, run by experienced facilitators from the African Management Initiative, with video content from Kenya’s very own Strathmore Business School, a highly ranked business school. This course will help you understand how to better manage the markets in which you operate and the customers you serve. Learn how to identify market opportunities, how to acquire and satisfy customers and how to develop a winning brand.
The course is for African managers – junior, senior, and in between, for those running or starting their own businesses and for people who aren’t yet managers but hope to become one soon.
For entrepreneurs, this course will help you expand your customer base and build your business. For managers, you will develop new skills to help you become a better manager, stand out from the crowd and boost your career.
All this is available at a subsidized fee of just Ksh. 3400 (inclusive of certificate, materials and meals). Sign up now here. (You will be required to pay a commitment fee of Ksh. 1000 upon registration)
