AMI SELF-MANAGEMENT TRAINING, Tuesday, August 12, 2014
I have been organizing trainings for iHub Consulting for the past year. This unique vantage point enables me to appreciate the inner workings of each training as well as assess the value that each brings to the individual participant. Admittedly, we don’t get it right every time. We have offered trainings in the past that even I have had to admit aren’t working for us, our community and our model. It’s part of the job. In a way, it is a learning process for me too and a brutal reminder that I don’t get it right every time.
But, when we finally get something good, we go out of our way to ensure everyone in our community milks as much value as possible from the trainings. For me, that has to be the AMI self-management trainings. It’s easy, practical nature has made it a clear win for previous participants. Everyone needs to manage their time and the resources available to them, even those with no direct report. We believe so much in this training that for a limited period we have reduced the price from 4250 to 3400 Kshs.
Why? You may ask. The AMI self-management training has been proven to work. If you apply the lessons learned in this training to your personal work there will definitely be results. We have seen that through the testimonials we’ve received. One participant has increased his revenue three-fold since attending this training and applying its lessons to his management style.
The next self-management training will be on Tuesday, August 12, 2014, from 9:00 AM-4:30 PM, at the iHub. For Kshs. 3400 only(Ksh. 1000 down payment before the day of training and the remainder on the material date covering training, snacks and lunch), you can be part of the next AMI learning lab experience, “Success at work in 21st century Africa”. You will need to bring a laptop and set of earphones with you. If you’re interested please sign up here
