BeUnreasonable Nairobi | 10th – 12th May, 2013 | GrowthHub
Imagine if we convened some of the brightest minds and bombarded them with all the resources that they needed to work on their ideas, to turn them into ventures that would define progress in our time.
We are bringing the Unreasonable Institute to East Africa and we are giving you a taste of what it is with BeUnreasonable Nairobi.
BeUnreasonable Nairobi is a weekend-long version of Unreasonable East Africa where we seek to attract and have 10 of the smartest social entrepreneurs converge with game-changing ideas from across Kenya. We will provide them with the knowledge, resources, tools and connections they need to solve some of the pressing challenges to their growth.
Like Walt Disney once said “The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.” BeUnreasonable Nairobi is designed to capture the creative thinking, cooperation, and rapid ideation of Start-up Weekend, while involving participants of different skill sets and backgrounds, a local community that includes entrepreneurs, mentors, funders, marketers, designers, MBA specialists, product managers, start-up enthusiasts, students and people from all walks of life. If you are one of these, please join in the excitement by also registering at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The event will be hosted at the GrowthHub in Nairobi from 10th – 12th May 2013.
Registration for the weekend-long event to be hosted at GrowthHub is not complete until payment has been received (Ksh 1,000). Selected applicants will be notified to make payment for the programme through email@example.com.
