Startups is any new business and it does not have to be a tech related. Unfortunately we in Africa tend to follow the western countries defination of startups thats why we had to choose 40 tech related out of 150. We need to promote all startups not just tech related like they do in western countries. In USA, Every state has their own Startup accelerator. Thats what is needed in Africa.
