Re-opening: Call for Applications for mLab Training
Due to the demand to extend the application deadline, we have reopened the call for applications. The deadline is : Saturday 12th February 2011 at 11.59 pm (GMT+3). Click on the link below to submit your application.
The mLab will be a focal point to increase the competitiveness of innovative enterprises working in mobile content and applications. Hosted by the consortium comprising Nairobi’s iHub, eMobilis, the World Wide Web Foundation and the University of Nairobi’s School of Computing and Informatics.
Each organisation augments the consortium strength as follows:
- iHub will facilitate interaction within the tech community through events and competitions and will boost the business acumen of the tech community
- eMobilis, augmented by the Web Foundation will increase the skill set of mobile applications developers through training and accreditation
- The University of Nairobi – School of Computing and Informatics will carry out various research studies regionally in the mobile niche in East Africa
You can be a part of this eco-system by applying for our 6 month fully sponsored training program. It will run from February to July and will provide training and mentoring covering subjects ranging from creating mobile applications to launching them in market.

i will say this once again, jobless graduates need to consider business……besides,all these organizations that offer jobs are simply private businesses.
