I am always amazed when I go to an offices and at the lobby/ reception area they have this big frame shouting their mission statement with some &#039;lovely&#039; words, but the service  accorded to you and the Vibe you get are just the opposite. Those &#039;lovely&#039; words mean nothing tho the people that work there.

As you develop the iHub culture, everybody should be held to high standards and deviations from the culture should not be tolerated, it is about behavior not talk. The behavior of the people at ihub should just speak volumes to anyone visiting there for the first time and not just some swanky mission statement hang on a wall.

What do the rest of you think on how a culture of over achievement and innovation is cultivated?</description>
