		<description>Writing a manual or a policy that specifies a percentage for an investment or the conditions makes little sense. Any VC investor will do that on a case by case basis and consider a broad range of factors in taking that decision. Most VC investors will, in fact, not look for an individual, but for a business - i.e. you&#039;ll have to have incorporated a company, done the business plan etc.

I suspect it&#039;d make more sense for the IHub to hold a seminar of what VC investors typically look for, how you negotiate, what kind of information you need to provide. I also suspect that most people who will use the IHub may not need a VC investor at this stage, but a counterpart with a good commercial background to help them work out how to commercialise their idea.</description>
